I believe in Teddy's Roosevelt policy of the carrot or the stick. I do not see the policy
of the carrot having any success with Castro's totalitarian government. Forty years is too
much and I think the situation in Cuba is becoming explosive. This is not a political
issue, or an ideological issue, of right wing versus left wing, it is an issue of freedom
and human rights.
